LUB Official cares deeply about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 01/06/2025; with the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. WooCommerce
Our webshop has been developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Payment methods
For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve their services and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the aforementioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than is permitted by the statutory terms.

We use your data exclusively for our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will ask you explicitly for permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have created as a result of your assignment.
